We offer both in and out of warranty repairs on all major cellular brands as well as faulty modem and router exchanges for all warranty modems that meet the warranty criteria.

We have five Vodacom Shop repair outlets based in Tygervalley Centre (Bellville), Oxford Street (Durbanville), Garden Route Mall (George), Langeberg Mall (Mossel Bay) and Greenacres (Port Elizabeth).

Our technical staff have been fully trained in accordance with the requirements laid down by the manufacturers. Our workshops are authorized on site Level 2 repair center’s and comply to the GSM technical specifications and the manufacturer’s testing equipment criteria and standards. All workshops have on site technicians, ensuring that assessments can be done within 24 hours after booking.

How do I book a repair?

Booking your handset for repairs require the completion of our terms and conditions, client fault reporting and the device inspection form.  Download, print and complete the documents and visit one of our collection points where a consultant will complete the process or assist with any additional inquiries.

How long will I be without my handset?

Our workshop (RRC) strives to repair devices between 24 and 72 hours, which is subject to spare part/s availability, and warranty conditions. In the event that the RRC is unable to perform the repair at the required level, the device will be sent to the Vodacom Advanced Repair Centre (ARC) for resolution. In this situation, the TAT will be within 3 working days from the date of receipt, subject to spare part/s availability and warranty conditions.

Should a device be booked in at Vodacom Collection Point (VCP) or a Vodacom Pick Up Point (PUP) the expected TAT will be up to 7 (seven) days, subject to spare part/s availability and warranty conditions.

Do you offer Loan Phones?

All workshops are equipped with standard loan equipment phones and loan modems and customers can make use of these for the duration of the repair. (Terms & Conditions apply).
